Main Shaft Transmission
The main drive shaft is installed horizontally at a higher position and is isolated from the moving components by a main base plate, preventing dust from entering the transmission mechanism.
Actuating Components
This machine features an optimized design, where all key actuating components are driven by cams on the main shaft, ensuring precise and stable operation. The cam and indexer are mounted on the main shaft and positioned behind the base plate, physically isolating them from the operating area. This effectively mitigates the impact of centrifugal force and inertia, enhancing the machine’s durability. The primary motion mechanisms are at the front, making the structure intuitive and facilitating maintenance and adjustments. The well-organized component layout improves efficiency in machine tuning and servicing. Packaging pouches are transported smoothly along a straight path with minimal movement distance, reducing vibrations and enhancing packaging accuracy.
Discharge Station
A separate discharge system is adopted, with the discharge mechanism installed above the main machine. It can be freely switched according to material characteristics, optimizing space utilization. The standard configuration features a dual-station discharge system, ensuring that sealing quality is not affected while improving production speed.
Operation Interface
The operation interface features a streamlined layout, with a touchscreen that allows servo stroke adjustments to modify mechanical actions. Data from each individual action can be collected and networked throughout the process, enabling the development of a smart factory within the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
