- Integrating plastic cup forming, wrap-around labeling, filling, sealing, date printing, punching, and finished product conveying into one system, achieving full automation from raw material manufacturing to finished product output.
- Utilizes the Siemens PLC touchscreen control system from Germany, supporting temperature adjustment and process parameter management, ensuring stable equipment operation.
- Equipped with a German SICK color mark sensor for precise positioning and identification; also equipped with a German SEW servo reduction motor for accurate power control.
- Equipped with German FESTO pneumatic components to ensure smooth operation of the equipment, and German GEA valves are installed to control the liquid flow precisely, enhancing filling accuracy.
- Equipped with a laminar flow air purification system to optimize the production environment, effectively reducing airborne particulate contaminants and ensuring food safety.
- It can be connected to a CIP cleaning system, enabling automated cleaning and complying with hygiene standards in the food industry.
